Ro Here!

I’m still here and I have not forgotten about the updates and what not. My externship started this week and whereas when I was in school my days were Mon-Thurs 8-2, my days are now Mon-Fri 8-5. Yes I am working that kind of job without pay! But I am not complaining. I’m getting paid in knowledge so when it’s time I can make money and help people (What I have always wanted to do) I will be doing this for about 4 1/2 months, no more than 5. Of course that is if I continue to do what I’m supposed to do. And let’s not forget about my weekend job. Sat and Sun, 12 hours.

So this week I hardly had any time to do much of anything. Trying to figure out how I was going to do this whole no days off deal and what not. But never fear with a little help and tweaking, it’s worked out and soon I will be posting updates. And if I go get my kindle fire, on my downtime, lunch and mini breaks I will be typing the stories there. Keep your fingers crossed. (I’ve been wanting one for awhile, but never really had the money to get it myself and I didn’t want to ask my momma. Though I knew she would have bought it, this is one of those do for yourself type of things. Time to grow up right?)

Secondly… Just in case you all haven’t, Debbi and Darnell were both nominated the Outstanding Lead Actress and Actor in a Daytime Series! Remember the last time it was about being nominated to be nominated into this list. There’s a lot of nominated, hope these people make the right choice and give these two their awards. Hell give them supporting actress and actors award too. They deserve it all!

Not sure when this is happening or what station, but as soon I know more I will let you know. I promise to be more active!

Words Can’t Even Express

First off let me start by saying, yes Jaime is still standing, though she may be limping because as she predicted I kicked her gluteus maximus! LOL! But seriously, I was a little angry at her for going against me when I politely asked her to not bring this anymore attention, but at the same time I am glad she did. Reasons, well you all did deserve to know why I wasn’t updating on the regular or even coming to you with reasons and because of all the things you all said. Just as my title said there are no words that can even began to express what your comments meant to me.

Usually I am not one to let things like this bother me, but because I’ve been dealing with a lot of other mess it just got to me. (About to let you all in on what’s been happening.) For awhile now I have been receiving threatening calls and messages from some unknown person, even HPD can’t give me an exact answer as to who this person or these people are. (WTF Right?! Yep, I’ say all the damn time.) I was going through a break-up. (I’m over it now, but it wasn’t easy in the beginning. Guess I was much softer than I initially thought in that area. But if you all knew the details of the break-up you would be like “WTF, Ro girl just WTH!” Trust me! This ish is just like something you would see on a damn soap. All bull aside you would think Agnes Nixon or somebody was the HW for these past few months.) School work is becoming more hectic because I am weeks away from starting my externship (For those who don’t know I am in school to be an X-ray technician.) I just recently got a job and my doctor just told me I would have to resume my iron infusion treatments.(Bleeeh!) So, a lot of craziness.

Anyway, I should have said something to you all sooner about the message I received from this unhappy reader maybe then I wouldn’t have been contemplating just leaving you all hanging or leaving a message saying I’m done writing. (Definitely wrong for even letting that thought pass seeing as how wonderful the rest of you all have been!) You all’s kind words not only helped me deal with the message from that lone hater, a few others said some thing’s that I swear I needed to read concerning what was happening with me on the personal level.

If I could send you guys some kind of gift showing how much your words truly meant to me, I would! But because I can’t I hope you all will settle for an update of Angie and Jesse, brought to you by me and Jaime. Mostly Jaime this time because I’m still having brain farts… She has been working on them since Friday so hopefully we’ll have something for you all by the end of the week. Keep your fingers and toes crossed!

Once again I just have to say thank you, thank you, thank you!

P.S. I heard this song sometime ago, but I never really had a care to really listen until recently. My anthem and hopefully, if you all like this kind of music, and you have haters you’ll play this and get back into you “who cares” mood. Which I am in at the moment when it comes to those who hate.

Hey guys and guls! This is Jaime, Ro’s most talked about and favoritest cousin in the whole wide world! So a few days ago, Ro recieved an e-mail from somebody who had nothing nice to say about the way she was writing. She showed it to me today and I must say it was very hurtful. This person, whose name I will not indulge for the simple fact you know exactly who you are, was mad or disappointed in the way she was writing Angie and Jesse. Said she didn’t even know how to write a kidnapping and finding correctly. Some crap! Just going on and on about how they felt she was just wasting peoples time.

Needless to say this kind of got to Ro. I know this because when I asked her when she was going to update because just like you all, I want to know what’s going to happen with Angie and Ellie and the crew, she told me she wasn’t feeling it anymore. Said she wasn’t sure if she should have done it the way she did. Then she said she had a case of writers block. Then after my constant nagging she finally told me.

Not saying that my cousin is weak, it’s just there is a certain way you say things and that pairing with the other crap she’s dealing with isn’t a good mix!

The reason I am saying this is to say, if you have a problem with the way she writes, have a problem with the way she may handle a certain part of a story then by all means please save yourself the headache. Because though you may not like it alot of other people do and those are the more important people and if you have nothing nice to say then by all means shut the hell up! My cousin isn’t typing these stories to become published or tell people this is how it is in real life, she is just typing for pleasure. For the people who share with her in the love of Angie and Jesse. She’s just doing what she likes to do and that is type and share what she see’s going on in her mind or what she would like to see if AMC was still on the screen.

So once again if you have nothing nice to say just don’t say anything at all and please by all means don’t click on this site again!

For the fans who do love her writing, who could careless how she writes a certain part, she thanks you and as for me, I’m going to see if I can get her out of this mood and get to writing again.

She’s probably going to kick my ass for telling U all this but I don’t care, besides yall needed to know what was happening.

Darnell, just want to say I have caught your episodes on Y&R and I must say sir you are doing an amazing job. You have the hard-ass doc down pact! Secondly I want to say congratulation’s on the pre-nom’s… I have a strong feeling you are going to win that award. You and the lovely Diva Debbi. The both of you did such such amazing jobs on AMC and the very last storyline though a heartbreaking one was a great one, you both brought the house down with those performances. Last, but certainly not least, I hope you have a Happy, Happy, Happy Birthday filled with many blessings and I hope for many many more years to come your way. Have a great day!

Extra! Extra!! Read All About It!!!

I posted this on the blog’s twitter page. I should have posted it here too.

I do apologize for the delay in updates… A lot of stressful shit has been happening and right now I can’t focus on anything. I haven’t been reading like I normally do, haven’t even had the drive to really get online. Surprisingly enough the stress has absolutely nothing to do with school or family… To be honest I would be more welcome to school stress. Anyway, hopefully soon things will began to come to a head and sooner rather than later disappear altogether. Once again I do apologize.

In the meantime, while I am trying to get things under control on my end I would like to give you all a mini challenge. As many of you know “That Should Be Me” is coming to an end… *Sigh* I know! K, I prefer to work on more than 1 story at a time, but no more than 2 or 3 though. I would like for you all to come up with a SL for AnJ. One that has not been done or one that has been done, but you felt could have been done a lot better. Now, there is no minimum or maximum number of ideas you can send me, all will be read. They will each be looked at by me and my cousin who will be more involved soon. (Both of us are under some crazy ish! SMH!) Anywho, at the end we will have a poll on which we will do first! The beauty of this is that your ideas will be given a chance to be read and reviewed and better believe you will get your recognition! It’ll be like you’re the head-writer and my cousin and myself will be your writers to make sure it’s done amazingly. If you would like to participate shoot me an email to rhonora@gmail.com… There is absolutely no requirement to do this and there is absolutely no rush!

Pre Nom’s!

Guess what!!! Our beloved favorite actors are on the daytime Emmy pre,nom list! Yes both Debbi Morgan and Darnell Williams are nominees for the nominee list. That shouldn’t really comes as a shock because they both knocked the hell out of their storylines! But yayyy still how exciting that they are finally being recognized for  their hard work!

Debbi, Darnell… Y&R Airdates!

Okay, the other day Debbi tweeted the days she will be on and here they go!

February 6th, 13th, 14th, 15th, and 29th. The episode on the 29th will be an interesting one. (Her words!)

And drumroll please…

Darnell’s first airdate is February 20th. There’s still no word on who he will be playing but we do know his character will be running into another old Pine Valley- a-nite (However you say that! LOL!) and their name isn’t Debbi Morgan. *rubs chin* hmmm, I wonder-wonder who!?

To Tweet or Not To Tweet? That is the question…
